Head Teachers, Teachers' Assistants, and Volunteers

Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals for Head Teacher, Teacher Assistant, and Volunteer roles to provide high-quality education and care for children aged six weeks to three years. Responsibilities include creating a nurturing, safe, and supportive environment, implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities, and collaborating with families to support children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Candidates will work in a dynamic, team-based setting, promoting growth and learning in young children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field with 12 ECE credits, OR an Associate’s degree in ECE with 3 years of experience.
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices for teaching and care.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
